Recently, the situation in the education system is increasingly criticized. Invested huge funds, but studies show a further deterioration in the results. Educators contrasts with each other. Among the teachers, pupils and parents the students themselves are no longer any confidence. Teachers are no longer able to teach, students no longer able to learn. Everything is so intertwined that there is no consensus, only accusations, positioning, constant struggle, the war. The situation is constantly unacceptable, but it does not attempt to deal constructively.

Ourselves to be a broader approach to the school, in the teaching process, because we are still accustomed to think of the school as the institution with the strict rules of the teacher as the authority itself. In fact, every teacher has formal authority in the classroom, but it does not mean that it will become an informal authority. The authority has become, you are not its own. However, a teacher himself to be a mature personality.

Performance "Klam War" created in order to bring these issues to the theater in a particular forum, which brings together the public and the work of art. In this performance the viewer face with one hand, personally identifiable situation in which, on the other hand, we see from a certain critical distance, the "Klam war-makers and the public itself dictates German writer When Hensel plays. This is - sharp text on the relationship between the school, a teacher-student relationship, one of the most complex cases, the examination of the teacher's perspective.
